Clothing items are eligible for a refund only if they arrive damaged. To request a refund for a damaged item, please follow these steps:
Email us at Customerservice@priyankara.online with the subject line & “Replacement” and include your Priyankara order number.
Attach clear photographs that display the defect in the received item.

The final decision regarding whether a piece requires a replacement rests with Priyankara. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will thoughtfully assess your case without taking it for granted.
Guidelines for Handcrafted Items:
Our Handloom products and those crafted using Herbal dyes are made through traditional craftsmanship by our heritage artisans. Many of these processes involve manual techniques, resulting in distinctive characteristics. Please note that irregularities arising from the handcrafted process are not considered defects.
